Monthly lot rates range from $650 to $750, depending on the space.

Each site includes water and sewer connections and a 30-amp or 50-amp electrical hookup.
Residents are responsible for their own electricity and internet service:

Residents select and manage their own internet provider.
Local options include Hill Country Networks, satellite internet, or personal hotspot services. We do not manage or bill internet services.
