We have some lots at $650/ month and some lots at $750/month. Residents pay for their own electricity, and internet. 

We provide water and sewer connections, and a 50 or 30 amp hook up to electricity.

​Residents pay their own Pedernales Electric Coop electric bill directly to Electric Company.​

Residents choose their own internet relationship.  We do not get involved in that.  In addition to the local Hill Country Networks, some residents use satellite internet or a hot spot.
