We have some lots at $650/ month and some lots at $750/month. Residents pay for their own electric, trash, and internet. 

We provide water and sewer connections and a 50 or 30 amp hook up to electricity.

​Residents pay their own Pedernales Electric Coop electric bill directly to Electric Company.​

Residents also contract directly with the waste management company who provides a plastic trash bin for each resident.

Residents choose their own internet relationship.  We do not get involved in that.  In addition to the local Hill Country Networks, some residents use satellite internet or a hot spot.
